It's been an incredible 8 months since Alive first came out, and the lore has developed significantly in the meantime. The addition of Ana built upon the mystery of Amelie Lacroix, and Sombra blew the world wide open with her conspiracy.
As we look back at Alive through these new lenses, what can we learn about the conspiracy that we may have missed before? Are the Shambali as deeply entwined with the Illuminati style web as some would believe? Is the Iris evil? Did the King's Row guards go through even some basic level of training? We'll be looking into all of this and more in this retroactive Shortwatch.
